Every small charger that I tested used far less than 1 Watt. My measurements suggested you could save more electricity by boiling one less cup of tea/coffee per week than by unplugging one phone charger. Of course, you shouldn't take my word for it, you can always go and buy a plug ammeter and measure for yourself.
