      <description>Good episode.  It was also recommended to me from the "Sneaky Chef" that any fruit or vegetable where you actually consume the skin, like apples, peaches, peppers, etc. should be purchased organically to reduce the risk of consuming pesticides.  The ones that are less important are ones like kiwis, bananas, zucchinis where you peel and toss the skin.  Of course, this isn't a perfect system, but if you are on a limited budget like me, this might help stretch those food dollars even further.</description>
